Here you can find everything you need to know about what to do once you have received funding for your Community Plastics cleanup.

Important!
  • The agreement only applies once you have submitted the form “Acceptance of grant allocation”, which you will find in the application. Without submitting this form, there is no valid agreement and no payment.

    After the community cleanup, you must submit the final report no later than10 June at 11.59 pm.If the final report is not submitted by the deadline, the funds will not be disbursed.

Before the cleanup
  • Before the community cleanup can be carried out, you must submit “Acceptance of grant allocation” inApplication portalWithout this, the agreement is not valid.

    Everyone who has received funding through The Community Plastics cleanup must also share a photo, which will be sent out shortly after the grant allocation. Check “Messages” inApplication portal.

    TimeThe community work can be carried out once you have received notification of the grant allocation. All community work must be completed, and the final report must be submitted, no later than10 June at 23:59.

    This is what you need to have ready before the cleanup

    • Bags and gloves
    • Plan for the collection and delivery of waste
    • Responsible adult for the implementation
During the Dugnad
  • Register participants

    Use the participant list to document who is taking part and how many children and young people are participating.

    Only members of the organisation aged6–19 yearsform the basis for funding. Siblings, friends, parents and others who are not members do not form the basis for funding.

    Take photo

    Take at least one photo during the cleanup. The photo must be uploaded with the final report. You may hide the children’s faces. The photos will not be published without consent.

    Register your efforts

    You must state:

    • Total number of sacks of plastic and other waste
    • total number of hours spent on the dugnad

    Minimum requirements for participation

    Each participant must clean up at leastthree hours.

    Important

    It is not permitted to dispose of the waste in private, municipal or business waste bins.

    We may carry out spot checks to verify the information.

After the clean-up
  • Final report

    After the community cleanup, you must submit a final report inThe application portal. no later than10 June at 23:59If the final report is not submitted by the deadline, the funds will not be disbursed.

    This must be included in the final report.

    • Number of children and young people who participatedmembers aged 6–19)
    • completed participant list
    • At least one photo from the cleanup
    • number of sacks collected
    • Total number of hours worked

    Disbursement

    Funding is normally disbursed withinthree weeksafter the final report has been submitted and approved.

    The final amount is adjusted based on the actual number of participants, but cannot exceed the amount originally awarded.

When must the community work be completed?

All community work must be completed and final-reported by 10 June at 23:59.

Payment is normally made within three weeks after the final report has been submitted and approved.
